It can happen to everyone that you are prevented from meeting at the agreed time. In this case, you can simply cancel. However, as we often have patients on the waiting list, we ask you to cancel as soon as possible - and no later than the day before 12:00 and ONLY by phone 35427727.

No-show fee

If you as a patient do not cancel in time, we charge a no-show fee of DKK 263.00.

This as you occupy the space for another patient who would have liked to have had the time. At the same time, we must recognize that it is expensive to run a dental clinic and even more expensive if we have empty chairs.

According to current law, the default fee increases if the agreed consultation lasts more than 30 minutes. A total of DKK 248 per 15 minutes is added in addition to the first 30 minutes. However, with a maximum fee of 759.00kr svt. total of 60 minutes.
